Law360, New York (July 27, 2010, 5:09 PM ET) -- In its latest probe of motorcycle sales, Spain's competition watchdog has begun investigating whether the Spanish motorcycle units of Honda Motor Co. Ltd. and Suzuki Motor Corp. illegally shared sensitive business information.
Spain's National Competition Commission, or CNC, is also looking into whether Suzuki Motor Espana SA and 10 of its dealers in the provinces of Madrid and Granada fixed minimum resale prices for the manufacturer's motorcycles, the regulator said Tuesday.
