Law360, New York (February 22, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A group of U.S. corn growers has targeted Monsanto Co. in an antitrust lawsuit, claiming the company has created a monopoly in the market for herbicides and has blocked farmers from buying less expensive products.
The American Corn Growers Association brought the suit Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware against St. Louis, Mo.-based Monsanto.
