Law360, New York (October 19, 2010, 7:26 PM ET) -- Pharmaceutical distributor McKesson Corp. will pay $15 million to the state of Connecticut to settle a case over its alleged price-fixing, Connecticut Attorney General Richard Blumenthal said Tuesday.
The settlement will end two years of litigation in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts over McKesson's alleged conspiracy to inflate the average wholesale prices on drugs, used by state Medicaid programs to determine drug reimbursements.
