2 Ex-Air France Execs Indicted On Antitrust Charges

Law360, New York (April 26, 2011, 6:24 PM ET) -- An Illinois grand jury indicted two former executives of Air France SA's cargo division Tuesday for allegedly conspiring with other carriers to fix rates and surcharges on international air shipments.

Marc Boudier, former executive vice president of Air France Cargo, and Jean Charles Foucault, ex-vice president of Air France Cargo's sales and marketing division, face charges of price-fixing in violation of the Sherman Act. Foucault is also a defendant in a related air cargo price-fixing multidistrict litigation in New York federal court.
