Judge Ends LG's False Ad Case Against Whirlpool

Law360, New York (May 09, 2011, 10:27 PM ET) -- LG Electronics USA Inc. will get nothing from its three-year-long legal battle to stop rival Whirlpool Corp. from saying its dryers use steam, an Illinois federal judge said Monday, ending the false advertising case.
