American's Antitrust Trial Against Ticketing Firm Delayed

Law360, New York (May 29, 2012, 8:54 PM ET) -- Sabre Holdings Corp. has received a 60-day extension in American Airlines Inc.'s antitrust suit against the ticket distribution company, which will push the start date of the bankrupt airline's Texas state court trial to October, Sabre said Tuesday.

Sabre said in a statement that its trial — which previously had been scheduled to begin in August — now will start Oct. 3 pursuant to a Friday ruling by Texas State District Court Judge Don Cosby.
