Milk Price-Fixing Class Action Transferred To Calif.

Law360, New York (August 02, 2012, 6:32 PM ET) -- A putative class action alleging that a set of milk producers conspired in a price-fixing scheme was transferred from federal court in Pennsylvania to California on Tuesday, after a judge granted a defense motion to consolidate the case with three similar pending cases.
