Morgan Stanley's $5M Antitrust Settlement Gets Green Light

Law360, New York (August 07, 2012, 4:49 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge signed off on a nearly $5 million settlement Tuesday in the U.S. Department of Justice's antitrust case against Morgan Stanley related to derivative agreements the bank entered with KeySpan Corp. and a competing energy company.
