Ryanair Loses Bid To Halt UK Antitrust Probe

Law360, New York (August 08, 2012, 6:55 PM ET) -- A British antitrust court refused Wednesday to halt the Competition Commission's investigation into Ryanair Holdings PLC's minority stake in Aer Lingus Group PLC, ruling the national probe didn't overlap with the European Commission's examination of the budget carrier's latest bid to take over its Irish rival.
