UBS Execs Denied Mistrial Motion In Bid-Rigging Case

Law360, New York (August 10, 2012, 3:12 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge overseeing the trial of three former UBS AG executives on charges they rigged bids for municipal bond contracts denied a request by one of the defendants to declare a mistrial Friday, saying jurors would not be prejudiced by a government witness's improper testimony.
