Puerto Rico Cable Co. Can’t Duck Rival’s Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (August 13, 2012, 6:16 PM ET) -- A Puerto Rican telecommunications company’s antitrust suit accusing a rival of using baseless lawsuits to keep it out of the cable television market survived a dismissal bid Friday, with a federal judge ruling the accusations were strong enough for the case to proceed.
