Comcast Class Asks Court To Enforce Antitrust Settlement

Law360, Philadelphia (August 21, 2012, 4:43 PM ET) -- A class of Comcast Corp. customers who say the company illegally used its monopoly power to increase prices argued Tuesday that a federal court should enforce a proposed settlement that was reached before the case was picked up by the U.S. Supreme Court in June.
