Law360, New York (August 21, 2012, 12:52 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Monday rejected CleanTech Biofuel Inc.'s bid to toss an antitrust suit by Clean Conversion Technologies Inc. over CleanTech's alleged scheme to monopolize the market for a patented waste recycling technique, saying it was adequately pled.
U.S. District Judge M. James Lorenz denied CleanTech's motion to dismiss the suit, saying CCT had sufficiently shown there was a market for pressurized steam classification conversion, a process used to recycle waste, and had supported allegations that CleanTech possessed a dominate market position.
