Purchaser Class Certified In J&J Blood Test Antitrust MDL

Law360, New York (August 23, 2012, 5:20 PM ET) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Wednesday said buyers of reagents used in blood tests had satisfied the requirements to certify a class in an action alleging that a Johnson & Johnson unit conspired with another company to fix prices on the reagents.
