Chamber Blasts 3rd. Circ.'s Class Cert. In Comcast Case

Law360, New York (August 27, 2012, 8:32 PM ET) -- The Third Circuit applied a “watered-down” standard for the admissibility of expert testimony when it backed class certification in an antitrust case against Comcast Corp. in a ruling that's inconsistent with the Supreme Court's blockbuster Dukes decision, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce told the high court Friday.
