Law360, Wilmington (September 24, 2012, 3:37 PM ET) -- Wal-Mart Stores Inc. asked a Delaware judge on Monday to block a shareholder from deposing two high-level executives in a suit aiming to force the retail giant to turn over documents concerning bribery allegations against its Mexican unit.
The company filed a motion in Delaware Chancery Court for a protective order barring shareholder Indiana Electrical Workers Pension Trust Fund IBEW from questioning General Counsel Jeffrey J. Gearhart and former General Counsel Thomas A. Mars.
