Boehringer Can Keep Many Docs On Barr Deal Away From FTC

Law360, New York (September 27, 2012, 8:41 PM ET) -- A Washington federal judge ruled Thursday that many of the documents the Federal Trade Commission had sought from Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals Inc. about its patent settlements with Barr Pharmaceuticals Inc. were privileged but ordered the drugmaker to quickly turn over the rest.
