Law360, New York (October 12, 2012, 3:57 PM ET) -- A radio industry group on Thursday accused performing rights organization SESAC Inc. of illegally monopolizing rights to songs from thousands of musicians in order to charge excessively high rates for its blanket licenses, marking the second antitrust challenge to SESAC's licensing practices.
