Athletes Say 7th Circ. Supports NCAA Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (October 16, 2012, 4:28 PM ET) -- A class of former collegiate athletes has met the requirements for establishing the “relevant market” necessary to allege antitrust conduct by the National Collegiate Athletic Association as recently set out by the Seventh Circuit, the players told an Indiana federal court Monday.
