Imaging Antitrust Suit Against Hospital Survives

Law360, New York (December 04, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A village in Illinois and three of its trustees are asking a federal court to enter final judgment in their favor in a case in which they stood accused of helping a local hospital muscle out would-be competitors in the diagnostic imaging services market.

The move follows a ruling that dismissed the claims against them but kept alive the antitrust case against defendant Lake Forest Hospital.
