Start Of Yahoo-Google Deal Raises Antitrust Concerns

Law360, New York (June 13, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- In a snub to Microsoft Corp., Yahoo Inc. and Google Inc. joined up Thursday in an advertising partnership. But the deal between the world's biggest Internet search engines is raising several antitrust concerns.

Under the new advertising deal, Google will provide its AdSense program to Yahoo's search engine and other properties, which allegedly will infuse the company with up to $800 million in additional annual revenue.
