Law360, New York (June 04, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has filed a putative class action against United Air Lines Inc. alleging that the air carrier discriminates against disabled employees by failing to provide them with job transfers to vacant positions for which they are qualified.
