Law360, New York (July 13, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A New Jersey appeals court has ordered a lower court to reconsider whether state law requires a Princeton-based educational nonprofit to provide workers' compensation insurance to its overseas employees.
The Superior Court of New Jersey Appellate Division on Friday vacated and remanded a ruling that had held International Schools Services Inc. was responsible for such coverage under the New Jersey Workers' Compensation Act.
