Ledbetter Not The Litigation Bonanza Attys Expected

Law360, New York (January 29, 2010, 6:09 PM ET) -- A year ago Friday President Barack Obama signed into law the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act, which contributed to a busy 2009 for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission but did not prompt the wave of litigation some attorneys had predicted.
