Legislating Break Time For Nursing Mothers

Law360, New York (May 06, 2010, 1:03 PM ET) -- Signed by President Obama on March 23, 2010, a provision of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act which has received little to no media attention took immediate effect and amends the Fair Labor Standards Act to require all employers covered by the act to provide unpaid break time to nursing mothers.
