Law360, New York (April 04, 2011, 1:15 PM ET) -- A Massachusetts federal judge on Thursday preliminarily signed off on a $485,010 deal between satellite television installer DirecTech Delaware Inc. and technicians who alleged the company failed to pay them overtime.
Judge George A. O’Toole Jr. granted preliminary approval to a $485,010 settlement that resolves the technicians’ claims against DirecTech, now known as Multiband NE Inc.
