Law360, New York (June 08, 2011, 6:34 PM ET) -- Blank Rome LLP announced Wednesday that it was merging with Abrams Scott & Bickley LLP, a 10-attorney Houston firm that specializes in employment and tort law.
Barry Abrams, Robert Scott, Susan L. Bickley, Sue D. Rosenthal and Jack W. Higdon are joining the 500-attorney Blank Rome as partners, the firms said in a joint statement. The merger is expected to close June 30.
