Law360, New York (August 27, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- The board of directors at Rambus Inc. has decided not to stand in the way of a derivative class action against a former executive at the company, but said it will drop claims against the remaining employees who were named as defendants.
Rambus announced Friday that the board's special litigation committee will allow the derivative class action against Edward Larsen, the company's senior vice president until July 2004, to go forward.
