Axed Workers Cite Bankruptcy Code In Wage Battle

Law360, New York (September 11, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Workers in a proposed class action against Mortgage Lenders Network USA Inc. alleging the bankrupt subprime lender failed to give proper warning prior to their termination filed an amended complaint Monday, seeking compensation as an administrative expense under the Bankruptcy Code.
