2nd Rebuke Further Erodes DCAA's Contractor Pay Policy

Law360, New York (June 27, 2012, 4:04 PM ET) -- For the second time this year, the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals has rejected the Defense Contract Audit Agency's methods for calculating what contractor executives should be paid, a move attorneys say could force the agency to rethink the way it determines contractor salaries.
