Law360, New York (January 02, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Lockheed Martin Corp. has agreed to pay $2.5 million to settle a racial harassment lawsuit filed on behalf of a former employee in the largest settlement ever secured by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in a race discrimination case.
