Budget Boost Won't Help OSHA's Woes: Study

Bush has recommended for the Occupational Health and Safety Administration next year would do too little to reverse the toll that repeated cuts in the agency's budget have taken on its inspection and enforcement capabilities, a government watchdog has found.
