Law360, New York (September 23, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has signed off on Xerox Corp.’s $12 million settlement with a group of black sales representatives who accused the company of racial discrimination and has approved a $4 million payout to the class counsel.
Judge John Gleeson of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York granted final approval on Monday to a settlement that provides roughly 1,500 current and former sales representatives each with $2,000 to $4,000 and additional incentive awards for the class representatives of $5,000.
