Law360, New York (December 04, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Another former internal auditor with the Boeing Co. who was fired after speaking to the media about data security flaws has filed a suit claiming the aerospace giant retaliated against him in violation of federal labor laws.
In a complaint filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, Matthew Craig Neumann claims he was fired for giving the Seattle Post-Intelligencer newspaper information about the company's alleged efforts to hide weaknesses in its information technology controls.
