Law360, New York (March 04, 2010, 5:55 PM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Energy has formally moved to pull the plug on a plan to turn Nevada's Yucca Mountain into a nuclear waste repository, while at least two other states have promised to launch legal objections to the decision.
