Ex-Westar Exec Loses Bid To Clear Record

Law360, New York (January 06, 2011, 4:58 PM ET) -- A federal judge Thursday shot down a former Westar Energy Inc. executive vice president's motion to expunge his record, saying he offered no evidence of adverse consequences he suffered because of his arrest on charges of stealing from the public utility.
