CORRECTED: Airlines Reject Kinder Morgan Pipeline Settlement

Law360, New York (January 31, 2012, 4:58 PM ET) -- An administrative law judge on Tuesday cut four airlines from negotiations over a settlement with Kinder Morgan in a suit brought by a slew of companies against the energy giant over pipeline rate challenges, after the airlines rejected the settlement's terms.
