Lone Pine Strategy Yields Drillers' Win In Fracking Suit

Law360, New York (May 11, 2012, 7:58 PM ET) -- A Colorado state judge on Wednesday used a so-called Lone Pine order as the basis for dismissing a hydraulic fracturing-related toxic tort targeting Antero Resources Corp. and two other drilling companies, in a decision Antero's attorneys called a first for the fracking industry.
