Texas Utility Sues To Enforce Supply Contracts

Law360, New York (July 20, 2012, 8:07 PM ET) -- The Lower Colorado River Authority on Wednesday asked a Texas state judge to review and uphold contracts it has with several wholesale power customers who announced that they intend to sever multimillion dollar agreements with the public utility over supply and fee disputes.
