EU Study Calls Fracking High-Risk, Recommends Regs

Law360, New York (September 07, 2012, 6:02 PM ET) -- Hydraulic fracturing for shale gas in the European Union poses high risks to the environment and public health and shouldn't take place on a large scale without addressing gaps in existing regulations, according to a set of European Commission reports released Friday.
