Law360, Dallas (September 21, 2012, 4:46 PM ET) -- The Texas Supreme Court on Friday agreed to hear a consolidated appeal brought by ConocoPhillips challenging the legitimacy of amended class claims from landowners who say they are owed more money from gas royalties.
