9th Circ. Tells Interior To Rethink Ruby Pipeline Approval

Law360, New York (October 22, 2012, 7:53 PM ET) -- The Ninth Circuit on Monday ordered the U.S. Department of the Interior to re-examine the effects of a 678-mile natural gas pipeline operated by a Kinder Morgan Inc. unit, ruling the agency had used a flawed environmental review to approve the project.
