Law360, New York (June 02, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Southern California Edison can begin the prefiling procedure to request that the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission override Arizona's veto of SCE's plans for a cross-state electric transmission line, the regulatory agency said.
“The commission's prefiling process helps to inform and include stakeholders, resolve issues and compile information needed to file an application,” J. Mark Robinson, director of FERC's Office of Energy Projects, said in a letter to SCE on Friday.
