Plaintiffs' Expert Can Tout MTBE's Dangers: Judge

Law360, New York (July 01, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Residents of a New York town who sued a group of oil companies as part of the multidistrict litigation over methyl tertiary-butyl ether will be allowed to put a doctor on the stand to testify that the gasoline additive is a probable human carcinogen, a federal judge has ruled.
