Waxman, Markey Slam Utility Group For GHG Stance

Law360, New York (February 26, 2010, 12:29 PM ET) -- Major electric utility group American Public Power Association "actively misinformed" members about the legislative effects of reversing the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's endangerment finding on greenhouse gas emissions, according to two U.S. House of Representatives leaders.
