State AGs Urge EPA Action On Air Pollution Rule

Law360, New York (March 22, 2011, 3:45 PM ET) -- New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman said Monday that he and his North Carolina counterpart had urged the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to finalize a proposed rule that would combat air pollution that crosses state lines.
