Law360, New York (October 19, 2011, 10:41 PM ET) -- Private fund giant Bain Capital LLC has closed on a $13 million financing deal with EcoSense Lighting Inc. to help the LED lighting company grow its business, EcoSense announced Tuesday.
The company said the funding deal, which was led by Bain's venture capital arm, Bain Capital Ventures LLC, would support the New York City-based lighting company's product development initiatives and the expansion of its engineering and sales teams.
