Law360, New York (December 07, 2011, 1:34 PM ET) -- The Center for Biological Diversity, Greenpeace and another group sued the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in California on Tuesday over the agency's alleged failure to update emissions standards for kraft pulp mills for more than 25 years.
