Exxon Sues La. Attys Over Star Document In Radiation Suits

Law360, New York (February 21, 2012, 6:59 PM ET) -- ExxonMobil Corp. launched a suit Friday that aims to stop two Louisiana plaintiffs firms from continuing to try to enter an allegedly privileged document as evidence in radiation exposure litigation that seeks more than $65 million from the oil giant.
