Judge Trims Enviro Suit Over Mountaintop Removal Permit

Law360, New York (May 01, 2012, 5:09 PM ET) -- A West Virginia federal judge on Tuesday dismissed one of two challenges issued by a trio of environmental organizations to block a mountaintop removal permit granted by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, throwing out claims the Corps failed to provide proper public notice.
